How do I amend a booking?

If you are a WorldRoamer® member, you can change your booking dates under "Manage My Bookings" if you need to shorten your stay. Similarly, you can contact WorldRoamer® or the hotel to cancel. Depending on the cancellation policy of the hotel, penalties will apply.

If you are eligible for refund, WorldRoamer® will process this accordingly. Please note that you won't be able to amend your existing booking 48 hours before your check-in date, please contact WorldRoamer® to do so.

If you need to book additional rooms or dates, we advise that you book these directly on the WorldRoamer® website.
