How do I cancel my booking?

If you are a WorldRoamer® member, you can cancel the booking under "Manage My Bookings". Similarly, you can contact WorldRoamer® or the hotel to cancel. Depending on the cancellation policy of the hotel, penalties will apply. If you are eligible for refund, WorldRoamer® will process this accordingly.

Note: You won't be able to self-cancel your booking 48 hours before your check-in date. Please contact WorldRoamer® to do so.
