Other than the sunset, what tourists come to Promthep Cape for is the Promthep Cape Light House and the shrine. The lighthouse houses a nautical museum as this lighthouse was known to have guided sailing mariners in the past. You can also go up to the balcony of the lighthouse which is about 200m above sea level. One can only imagine how stunning the view is from up there. The Promthep shrine sits on top of the cape and it is where tourists take a lot of selfies and photos. The shrine is crowded most of the time but it is definitely worth a visit.
